Home Improvements:

Before painting your house, building a fence, or adding a garage, deck or any other new construction to your property, please be sure to fill out an Architectural Application. To ensure timely approval of your plans, please get your Application to the Office Manager at least two weeks prior to the next scheduled Board Meeting. The meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. All projects must comply with the OIHA CC&Rs.
